Trademark Application

Documents Required:
Authorisation Form, signed and sealed by the Applicant.
Name, Domicile, Address and nature of business of the Applicant.
List of Goods to be claimed in the application.
A dozen samples of the Logo to accompany each application.


Renewals
Authorisation Form, signed and sealed by the Applicant.
Registration date and number of mark to be renewed.
List of Goods to be claimed.


Assignment
Authorisation Forms, signed and sealed by the Assignor or Assignee.
Joint request signed and sealed by Assignor and Assignee including name, number and date of registration of the marks covered.
Assignment signed and sealed by Assignor.


Change of Name or Address
Authorisation Form, signed and sealed by the Applicant.
Certified copy of the Certificate of Change of Name.
Registration number and date of mark effected.
 Identification of new address.
